Load Restraint Systems says goodbye to the Platypus and unveils a new logo design

We are saying goodbye to the sometimes-controversial platypus logo we have used for almost three decades.

Conceived by the original owners some 30 years ago, the original logo included a platypus strapped to a truck, and upon close inspection, its expression could be mistaken for being a little worse for wear. We remastered the original logo and brightened its eyes and colour when we took over ownership, making it appear much healthier in the years since!

Now it’s time to say goodbye to the platypus and introduce our new logo. Our new, simplified logo keeps our recognisable typeface however we’ve replaced the beloved platypus with a simple ratchet assembly. The number one load restraint product used globally. No gimmicks, just a Ratchet!

As we roll out our new branches nationally we hope our name and logo remain recognisable. In this new era for LRS, we look forward to embracing the change and we hope our valued clients do also.
